What is a Trigger Email?

A Trigger Email is also sent as a direct response to an action that a customer has taken.  Perhaps email sign up to your e-newsletter.   The key is that the information in that email and timing is relevant to that act.  Getting them set up to go out automatically can save you time and provide useful, relevant information to your audience.
